2010 Connecticut By-laws
All sanctioned tournaments will adhere to all sanctioned USSSA rules unless length of fences is less than 300 feet.
Any player making contact in an aggressive manner with a USSSA umpire or USSSA Director will be suspended immediately for a period of 1 year from that date forward.
Any player making threats to a USSSA umpire of USSSA Director will be suspended immediately for a a period of 1 year from that date forward.
There will be a $25 charge for all bounced or returned checks.
All teams that bounce a check or back out of a tournament at the last minute will be subject to the following policy:
- Team will have 1 week to make good, if not ALL players on roster are immediately suspended from further play in 2010 until bill is paid.
- If as of January 1, 2011 the team or its manager has not made good on their debt the entire roster will be again suspended for 2011.
